The FOY curriculum — a sequence of postures followed by breathing exercises — has been rigorously selected after years of research to ensure the whole body and mind are activated within one hour. You feel fresh, rejuvenated, and ready for the rigours of the day.

FOY does not discriminate among practitioners. Some chosen FOY leaders take classes and guide new members to practice postures correctly.

FOY operates with a valid licence and is registered in the Emirate of Dubai, UAE, as “Friends of Yoga Global Events.” While this is a registered company, our model of operation is completely voluntary and free. We encourage local registration in your own location or country to ensure smooth operations.
